Huge Flex customer policies

These launch policies keep order handling clear for customers and support. Contact Huge Flex on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, or the correct support email for your request.

Shipping / Delivery Policy

Huge Flex delivers across India. Shipping charges, COD eligibility, delivery estimates, and remote-area review are calculated by pincode at checkout.

Delivery is available across India where courier serviceability is possible.
COD is available only on eligible pincodes.
Shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary by location.
Remote locations may require confirmation before dispatch.
Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is available for verified product issues where Huge Flex or transit handling caused the problem.

Replacement can be approved for wrong product received.
Replacement can be approved when the wrong size was sent by Huge Flex.
Replacement can be approved for damaged product or manufacturing defect.
Replacement can be approved for verified missing item claims.
Refund is considered only when replacement is unavailable.

Size Exchange Policy

One-time size exchange is available within 3 days when the item is unused and returned with tags and packaging.

Size exchange requests must be raised within 3 days.
The product must be unused, with original tags attached and original packaging available.
Customer-selected wrong size requires customer-paid exchange shipping.
Huge Flex reviews size exchange requests before approving dispatch of replacement size.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Dispatched, shipped, or delivered orders follow replacement, exchange, and claim policies.
Shipped cancellation is not automated and requires manual support review.

Refund Policy

Refunds are limited and are not a general return path.

No general change-of-mind returns are accepted.
Refund is available only when a valid replacement is unavailable.
Refund timing and method will be confirmed after Huge Flex approval.

Damage / Missing Item Claim Policy

Damage and missing item claims require timely proof.

Damage and missing item claims require an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photos, order number, product details, and customer message may be requested.
Claims without required evidence can be rejected under policy.

Payment Policy

COD and manual UPI are available under current launch rules.

COD is available only on eligible pincodes.
UPI QR orders are confirmed only after Huge Flex verifies payment proof.
UPI screenshot or proof should be sent via WhatsApp or payments@hugeflex.org.in.
Online card payment is currently unavailable.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is used for orders, support, delivery, and account security.

Huge Flex stores customer contact, address, order, payment status, and claim details needed to run the store.
Account security details are protected using secure storage practices.
Customer order data is not intentionally shared publicly.
Trusted service providers may be used for email, delivery, payment, or hosting operations.

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, customers accept the current Huge Flex launch policies.

Orders are subject to stock, pincode serviceability, payment status, and Huge Flex review where required.
Huge Flex can reject invalid claims, fraudulent activity, invalid addresses, or unsupported delivery requests.
Policy decisions are made using order records, customer communication, and submitted evidence.
